An important part of our offer of lodgings is furnished apartments. We have various options in different neighbourhoods of Montevideo, all of which have easy access to the principal points of the city.

All the apartments are of the highest quality, completely equipped and fully furnished so that the student may have a comfortable stay in our city. They contain an independent kitchen or kitchenette, living room, bathroom and bedroom. Sheets and towels are included.

For longer term stays (more than a few weeks), this option provides the same privacy, comfort and flexibility as would a hotel, all for a lower price.

We are happy to advise or help students to find the best apartment for their needs.

Prices range from US$1000-2000 per month, vary according to location, size, facilities, the length of your stay and the time of the year.
