• You must have paid the courses and housing by day 1 or 2 of your stay at the academy.
• You can pay cash (USD, Euros, Pesos), by American Express Travellers Cheques, Visa or Mastercard (10% surcharge) or exceptionally by bank draft.
• We do not usually ask for deposits or upfront payments before you arrive. One exception are apartment rentals through us.
• There is absolutely no refund for money paid for courses or housing. However, we do offer you the possibility to take paid-for courses at a later date or to transfer this “credit” to other students not currently studying or planning to study at the academy.
• The only discount we offer is for travel partners (50% off course price for the second person).
• Prices include all taxes and charges.
• Prices for classes include study materials, at least two free extracurricular activities per week, all-you-can-drink coffee and tea, internet access and WIFI, the level test, exams at the end of each level, your diploma, etc.
• Housing prices include linen and cleaning service at least once a week.
• If necessary, you may change your homestay or shared apartment once, free of charge. To make a change in your housing you have to speak to reception, explain the reasons for the change and complete a new housing form. Within 48 hours you will have a new place to stay.
• If for some reason the academy does not or cannot provide an important part of the service promised and paid-for and cannot provide a comparable service, the academy gives the student the option of a reimbursement corresponding to the part of the services not provided. The academy will make no reimbursement in case of force majeure.
